Laurel Gaudet

Project Manager

Laurel grew up sailing in New Hampshire and Maine, developing a strong foundation in competitive and offshore sailing from an early age. She raced collegiately at the University of New Hampshire before moving into professional skippering and offshore racing, including bareboat skippering throughout the Caribbean. Her sailing career includes a winning racing record on classic yachts and extensive experience across major offshore and regatta circuits, including the Newport–Bermuda Race, the Middle Sea Race, the RORC circuit, and numerous Caribbean regattas.

Role at Grand Prix Resources
As Project Manager at Grand Prix Resources, Laurel oversees the racing and performance aspects of key yacht programs, including Weatherly. She is responsible for coordinating racing campaigns, managing logistics and crew operations, and supporting preparation to ensure vessels are competitive, compliant, and race-ready. Her offshore experience and leadership at sea provide critical insight into performance decision-making and execution.
