Aidan began his maritime career at sixteen, working aboard commercial ferries in Boston Harbor. Starting as a deckhand and rising to unlicensed first mate, he developed strong expertise in vessel operations, safety protocols, and crew coordination. Over six seasons, he gained a practical understanding of what it takes to keep vessels running safely and efficiently.

He earned a B.A. in Physics from the College of the Holy Cross, building a strong analytical and technical foundation. During college, he also spent six months studying and traveling in Australia, broadening his perspective and adaptability. 

Role at Grand Prix Resources

As Director of Strategic Operations and Development, Aidan works closely with the founder to manage day-to-day operations, support growth initiatives, and guide long-term strategy. He oversees project coordination, partner relationships, and market research while helping expand the company’s service offerings.
